Welcome to my blog! When I'm not doing my day job, or running marathons and other events, I like to blog. I've been blogging as far back as 2005.

Most of my earlier rants were things about myself and anything else I found interesting. I don't claim to be a good writer, but I believe the more I've blogged the better my writing has become. Just look at my earlier content and my more recent postings and see the difference.

I've always wanted this blog to be a living record where I could post things on a regular basis. However, writing good material takes a lot of time and effort and it's no surprise that my blog entries are few and far between. I would rather post good entries infrequently, than write a lot of bad posts regularly.

Now that I'm on my OE, I've always intended to blog more heavily on my travel experiences overseas, though working and training for marathons have taken up a lot of my time, leaving little time for this blog.

In 2010, I started a new blog, Breaking Three Hours, a blog dedicated to running and my journey towards the sub-3 hour marathon goal. Over the year, I blogged heavily on Breaking Three Hours, so much so that I hardly wrote anything on my other blog.

Without wanting to maintain two separate blogs, I've decided to export all blog entries and comments from Breaking Three Hours into my original blog. I've also revamped my original blog, so that rather than portraying myself as a person I've also decided to include my running (which will probably form the bulk of my blog material) and my work as a consultant. After all, if I had to describe myself in 3 words, my response would be Consultant, Runner, Aaron.

So I've retired the Breaking Three Hours blog, meaning no further entries will be posted on that blog and no further comments can be made by its readers. However, the blog will remain available on Blogger so that readers can be directed to the new blog. It doesn't mean that the dream of Breaking Three Hours is dead, it just means that the dream of Breaking Three Hours can be shown right here in this blog!

I also tweet regularly. Follow me on Twitter. My blog is also linked to my Twitter account.
